Introduction to Funk Drumming

This introductory funk drum lesson is a more advanced version of the semiquaver beats covered in the rock drum lessons. Notice that the snare drum part is much busier than in the rock drum lessons. The non-accented snare drum notes should be ghosted. The hi-hat should be played by accenting notes that are on the beat and ghosting notes that are off the beat.
